Bubbles

Further evidence we have the most adorable baby. I had a vision and Mom Tobler had all of the supplies. Her bubbles were a little bit lacking but Ethnie sure made up for it with personality and that heart warming toothless grin. Here are a few of my favorites.

There it is. Out of 250 frames, this right here is the winner!

I just love her little hands.

Gotta stick your toes out! It was a fun little shoot in Mom's backyard. We sure do love our little fish!

Something I've Been Working On

So it was Jenna's birthday back in AUGUST. I know I'm lame, at least I've come to terms with it. Anyways... Jenna is the owner of Let it Shine and has always done a fabulous job on our photos and NEVER accepts payment. Not that we didn't try she is just stubborn like that. ;) I owed her big time! I totally realize how much time and effort goes into not only shooting a session but then all of the editing afterwards. So I made up a little something for her. It started with a pretty rad card.

Which was followed by a box full of baby props. I'm not saying she's expecting, but she does take a TON of newborn photos and I thought that these would be perfect for her business.

My favorites, his and hers monkey hats. I've made big ones before but the baby ones are so much cuter!

A little bear with interchangeable bows.

This chick is actually a soft fuzzy yellow but the lighting is way off. Perfect for spring. :)

His and her's elf hats.

The Mickey/ Minnie set with Removable bow, diaper cover, skirt and tail. I loved this one on Ethnie! So precious!

Just in time for Christmas of course we needed to include a Santa hat. It was a lot of fun coming up with new hats. Happy belated Jenna! I hope this year is your best one yet!!!

Canadian Thanksgiving

While we technically didn't celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving, I had to take pictures of E in the adorable onesie Aunt Rachel and Uncle Clark sent her. Thank you!!! She is growing like a weed! She is barely squeezing into these now never mind November. This is why I'm grateful Thanksgiving happens twice a year for me. ;)

I just love the little turkey's. Super cute and it says "My first Thanksgiving." Precious!

I know the lighting is horrid but for some reason this is the only one I got of her booty with her face in it that wasn't blurry. This girl is quick. Doesn't that tooshie make your heart melt?

We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving in Canada. American Thanksgiving happens to land on my birthday this year. I know I have so much to be thankful for, most of all this little gem here. Like I said, I'm lucky I get to "celebrate" twice! :)

Enjoying Fall

I am so beyond ready for fall. Usually I am clinging to the last bits of summer with all that I have but not this year. Perhaps it's because I now have a baby that keeps me extra cozy while I'm holding her. We headed up the mountain last Sunday to enjoy the trees and the cooler air.

I know Ethnie's hat looks absurd. I thought it would fit but I was quite wrong. Poor thing.

I just love this sweater! She will be rocking it in Canada this week! What a pretty girl!!

The trees were stunning and it was a wonderful way to enjoy a Sunday evening with family. I can't wait to go back so Ethnie can play in the leaves!!

Best of Friends

A few days a week I have the privilege of watching little Addison for a few hours. Most of the time Ethnie is asleep when Addi arrives so we play quietly until Addi hears E squawk on the monitor. She then yells up the stairs "Don orry baby! Addi ill save Enie." It makes my heart happy.

The other day I was putting in the Lion King for the girls to watch and when I turned around I saw them holding hands just as happy as could be. I love seeing Ethnie interact with other children. She learns so much from watching them that she wouldn't from just watching me.

There were kisses shared. So precious. These two play great together. We'll see if that changes once Peanut becomes a little more mobile. ;) (She's getting on her knees now! I'm sure it will only be few weeks if not days before I have to start baby proofing like crazy!!) I am very grateful to have Addi's sweet spirit in our home.

Story Time

Ethnie just LOVES books. With her little hands getting quicker and longer she is usually able to pluck the book out of our hands before we know it. For some reason she has a fascination with scriptures, I think it's because of the crinkly pages. Last night was one of those special nights where she just cuddled up for a story with Daddy.

I just love this book, it has Great-Grandma Heyden's voice on it so she can read her a bed time story when she's far away. I really want to get a few more of these for her.

We are just loving being Ethnie's Mama and Daddy! We are so blessed to have such a sweet girl in our lives!

Just a few Cute Pictures

While Daddy is at work I try to send him pictures during the day so he doesn't feel so left out. Here are a few from the last month or so.

Today we went out for lunch with Daddy and Peanut sat in in a highchair for the first time. Daddy really liked showing her off to everyone at work.

While my Mom was visiting back in August E got to sit in the top of the cart for the first time. She was a little bit wobbly back then, I'm sure she'd love it now!!

Sometimes taking a bath is just too much work.

Playing with the puppy Uncle Chris gave her.

All smiles for Mama. I just love that little toothless grin.

Playing Peek-a-Boo while I put some clothes away.

Two days ago she was practicing her booty scoot. It's a little bit difficult to capture on camera. :)
