Okay OcTobler, you went by much too fast but you were jam packed with big and small events. Here's a round up of this month Phone favorites. Conference!!! Full of snacks and treats and spiritual messages!
E had an assignment at school to make a custume out of things you had around the house. E made a fairy dress for her Barbies out of leaves and gosh darn it this girl never ceases to amaze me!
One afternoon the kids had the wiggles something offal. SO I loaded them up and we went for a walk to the grocery store. This is the first time they had been to a grocery store since the pandemic and they were actually pretty excited to go and pick out a few extra goodies.
I was supposed to be cleaning but Teething baby, Duke needed help distance learning, Dory was on repeat and I just sat and snuggled my babes.
During nap time I had climbed outside to snuggle in the hammock and read. a little girl found me and brought her book and climbed in next to me. This is a view I don't think I'll ever get tired of. This si E's first big book that has bore than 25 pages. It's an abridged version of the Wizard of Oz and it has the occasional picture but I am so proud of this girl and her love for reading!
I moved the chairs to vacuum and then I heard them singing the wheels on the bus. I came down to Sprouty the bus driver and his passengers.
Just a casual day to the office. That office makes my cringe in the worst way. But Jakob on a important call in his work day best makes me smile!

If Roo isn't watching a show, he wants to be in your lap reading books. He could read books all day long. He is actually really god at sitting there and letting you turn the pages. He loves to point and touch and feel but this boy loves his books!
My second commissioned cake. I don't know if cake making for other people is for me. I get SO nervous. I always second guess myslef and pile on so much pressure. Making cakes for yourself is so fun. I'm happy with how this turned out, but PHEW it was a stressful situation.
Our nursing journey is coming to a close. He really only nurses before bedtime and once a night and I am both so relieved and devastated. Nursing brings such a bond and this is one of the only times that he is STILL in my arms. i have loved nursing my tiny humans. I am amazed at what my body is capable of and what a gift it is. I will miss these moments dearly, but I am also excited to officially close this chapter.
This video of Sprout may be my new favorite. He is speaking in a British accent while making a teapot full of tea. Someone has been watching some Peppa Pig.
