NYE

NYE was pretty chill. G-ma and G-pa came! I am so glad that we got to spend so much time with them! I just love them so, and so do the kiddos! I bought some noise makers at the $1 Store and they were a hit for EVERYONE!

Then we set off some confetti and counted down (at 8:00)!

 I am so beyond excited to say good bye to 2015. There were some amazing times but it was a hard year! We are looking forward to 2016 and to finding the joy in our journey!! 

December Phone Favorites

December was a BUSY month full of fun, travels and adventure. Here are some of my phone favorites!

E is totally into drawing and coloring right now. Thanks for this little magic coloring book Aunt Janet! She had a blast with it!

One day Duke was a bit cranky, so E helped him climb up on the couch, tucked him in, gave him his blankets and sue and gave him a kiss. It was just the sweetest thing!

It's as if we don't feed this kid (we do by the way.) He is ALWAYS into some sort of food. This time Daddy was making dinner and Manfred got into the peanut butter...

Fun with Uncle Chris

Chris is such an amazing Uncle! He is so good with kids and E and Duke just adored him. He would play with them all. day. long! He made forts...

... carried, bounced, danced, sang, tickled, chased, and just spent quality time with E which was so nice when there were so many things that were keeping Jakob and I busy!

E had her best bud and Chris found his shadow. 

Thank you for spending so much time with the kids Chris! It really means a lot to me! We sure do love you and hope you can come and visit us soon!

Canada Extras

There is nothing quite like a good snuggle after church!

Or getting both babies to snuggle while watching a show. 

Chris and Jakob were just itching to play Settlers of Catan and they needed a third player, I was resistant but ended up LOVING the game, then I forced mom to play, knowing she would love it too, from then on that was our activity every evening while I was there. It was so much fun!
