Conference Weekend

Conference weekend with kids is LAME! I used to so look forward to breakfast at Mom and Dad's all snuggled up on the couch in our jammies totally soaking in conference (and sometimes napping through it, who hasn't?!) And now being with no family close and with crazy kiddos conference is HARD! Last year we went to Gretchen's house and Jakob had a pan explode, this year we brought the chaos to our house, well for lunch anyways. 

Gretchen's mom and brother were in town and we invited everyone over for lunch since it was a slow moving morning (it's hard with guests.) It was delicious!

For desert chocolate strawberries...

And then just chocolate. Then the kids went down to sleep. 

I did manage to get a few talks in. Here's hoping that we will make the time to watch them all before October!
