As anyone who has ever moved would tell you, sometimes you just need to get out of the house. Both the big and little people where going crazy looking at boxes and sorting so we headed out to the park for a change of scenery and some fresh air. Jakob is such a good Daddy holding hands and carrying his little man. So cute.
While the weather was beautiful the ground was still pretty hot and after a few tears Duke decided that he would rather just sit in one place. He sat like this for ten minutes or so.
He then gained enough courage to move, sticking to the shade he made his way to the climbing wall. Seriously, this boy melts my heart.
We then headed for the swings. E {loves} the swing. She would have stayed in there all day if the sun wasn't so hot.
It was Duke Manfred's first time on the swing and he loved it!!
You can't have a park date without having snacks.
Then Daddy took them down the slide. What a fun Daddy!!
I love park days. It was such a nice way to get some fresh air and take a much needed break. Not to mention get in some quality time with Daddy!
