Fun with Oma

I have been lucky enough to have my Mom stay with me for the last couple of weeks. It's always nice to have an extra set of grown up hands. We've had a lot of fun reading stories.

Oma get's pretty into story time bouncing, acting and hugging all the way through.

Oma likes to get her dance on. We like to have nightly dance parties.

Oma likes to surf the net. Okay maybe surf is the wrong word perhaps clomp through. My Mom isn't what one would call "techy." There are a lot of questions asked every time we sit down at an electronic device but she's getting much better. Here E and Oma are looking at Etsy for little dresses.

Mom was on the laptop and asked E to give her the tablet since she is now a wizz at that. E picked up the tablet and turned her back to Mom in an attempt to hide it. E is a master at the tablet. It was too cute.

Poor Mom has been melting while she's been here so she set up two fans to cool her down from both sides while watching her nightly show. Sorry that we live in such warm places mom!

Oma likes to push boxes around full of children. :)

Sometimes Manfred just needs his own space.

Oma likes to share yummy treats! Cheers with Chips!

Duke is my little man but Oma tries her darndest to try and give me as many breaks as Duke will allow, which isn't many ;)

E likes to play dress up with her dolls. Mom brought theses dolls down from Canada. They were mine when I was little. E really enjoys getting them dressed and then setting them up for a picture.

 "Cheese me doll!!!"

Oma likes to play "drag-the-babies-on-a-blanket" games.

Sometimes a baby will fall off.

Don't worry, he gets right back on!

We are having fun! I can hardly believe that my Mom will be leaving soon! What will I do without her?
